
To commemorate the 115th anniversary of Shiseido Parlour's founding, a special strawberry cake will be available for pre-order exclusively at the Ginza flagship store.
This special cake, which is filled with gratitude for the ``iigo'' (115) connection, is available for pre-order in limited quantities. Precious strawberries are carefully selected based on the time of reservation, with the most delicious variety used changing monthly. Not only are the strawberries fresh, but the jelly and jam are also made with the same variety. The melt-in-your-mouth ``Cocotte de Fraise'' uses approximately 50 strawberries per cake, making it large enough to enjoy for a group of around 10 people.
The strawberry varieties used in January are ``Mino Musume'' from Gifu Prefecture, ``Marihime'' from Wakayama Prefecture, and ``Fukuharuka'' from Fukushima Prefecture in March. More varieties will be introduced from April onwards.
The price is 11,500 yen (tax included) including an insulated bag, and the reservation period is from January 15th to November 23rd, with the delivery period being from January 22nd to November 30th.
