Until now, Cafe Taiyo no To has mainly developed cakes and baked goods. However, in response to requests from customers for a product that can be transported long distances and used as a gift, we developed our original cookie tin, "Taiyo no Cancan." We have now developed a new product, "Taiyo no Lemon Cake." While recreating the nostalgic lemon cake everyone has loved since childhood, we have pursued the ideal lemon cake, with nostalgic packaging and an exquisite tartness that brings out the sweetness, to create a product that customers will love for many years to come.
