 HOW TO MAKE
 
 
《20 pieces, 1cm thick, 2x8cm square》
・Butter…100g
・Salt…1/2 teaspoon
・Pepper…a little
・Grated Cheese…60g
・Cake Flour…150g
 

① Bring the butter to room temperature and sift in the flour.
② Cream the butter prepared in ①, then add salt and pepper and mix.

③ Add the powdered cheese to ② and mix.

④ Add the sifted flour and bring the dough together.

⑤ Knead until the dough is no longer powdery and comes together well. This is the key point.

⑥Wrap in plastic wrap and shape into a 1.5cm thick, 8cm wide strip.

⑦Slice into 1cm thick strips with a knife, arrange on a plate and bake in a 180°C oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

⑧When it's done, it will spread a little to the sides and be about 2 x 8 cm.
[Tip] If you try to move it from the plate immediately after it's cooked, it will crack, so wait until it has cooled down a little before moving it.
