Jean-Paul Hevin will be selling a limited-edition Valentine's Day collection from February 6th to 14th.
"Amour en Coeur Grand" (8,298 yen) and "Amour en Coeur Petit" (6,848 yen) are items filled with "Perle Craquantu Chocolat," small chocolate pieces resembling black pearls, and limited-edition bonbons in delicately crafted chocolate heart-shaped containers. The containers are decorated with kiss marks filled with love and gratitude.
"Tarte Pétale de Roses" (2,300 yen) is a masterpiece made of crispy sablés decorated with yuzu-flavored ganache and Caracas cocoa ganache. Finished with bright red rose petals made of chocolate. The eat-in space "Bar à Chocolat" also offers a set menu with tea, "Menu Tarte Pétale de Rose" (2,750 yen).
