Node Uehara, a complex combining commercial and residential facilities, will open in spring 2015 in front of Yoyogi-Uehara Station on the Odakyu Line.

Yoyogi-Uehara has been gaining attention in recent years as a food district. This facility will cater to the food-conscious and lifestyle-conscious residents of this area. The first and basement floors will feature a grill restaurant using carefully selected ingredients, a grocery store, and a cafe.

The project was undertaken by UDS, the same company behind Yoyogi Village. The second through fourth floors will be filled with rental housing suitable for singles, DINKS families, and SOHOs. Regular events will be held to promote the appeal of Yoyogi-Uehara.

This facility is the first in a series of lifestyle-focused projects undertaken by Odakyu Electric Railway. The project will continue to offer enriching and engaging housing while taking advantage of the unique characteristics of each area along the Odakyu Line.
