Release Date:2020.01.15-02.14
Dec 11, 2019
PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS will be selling its 2020 Valentine's Day collection from January 15th to February 14th, 2020. The packaging design was created by Paris-based creator Florence Bamberger.

"Assortiment de Chocolats" (14 pieces, 5,670 yen including tax)
From sparkling, jewel-like chocolates to heart-shaped cakes, this collection is full of humor and originality. Florence Bamberger, who was in charge of design, playfully expressed the supreme pleasure of taste, color, and heart-warming fragrance created by Pierre Hermé through the pop and colorful style of the stamp design.

The "Assortiment de Chocolats," an assortment of high-quality chocolates that melt softly in your mouth, is presented in a limited-edition pop box designed by Florence Bamberger. The box includes "Flora," which is making its Japanese debut and features Corsican nepita (mint) ganache encased in dark chocolate; "Arabella," a banana and ginger-flavored pâté de fruits and praline encased in milk chocolate; and the signature "Ispahan," which has been given a new look. The lineup also includes assortments exclusive to the online boutique, Salon du Chocolat, and Sogo & Seibu stores.

"Cœur Miroir Fraise Pistache" (3,456 yen including tax)
This adorable heart-shaped patisserie, perfect for Valentine's Day, is available exclusively at our directly managed boutiques. The striking bright red "Cœur Miroir Fraise Pistache" (3,456 yen including tax) is a dish that creates an elegant combination of flavors with the subtle fragrant aroma of rich pistachio-flavored mascarpone cream and the fruity acidity of strawberry compote.

"Truffes Assortiment" (2,160 yen including tax) *Limited edition packaging
"Truffes Assortiment" (2,160 yen including tax), an assortment of two flavors, caramel and hazelnut, will be released in limited edition packaging. Additionally, "Croquants au Praliné" (2,970 yen including tax), a praline made with fragrant caramelized nuts coated in milk chocolate and bitter chocolate, will be sold exclusively at Isetan Shinjuku.

"Macarons" (6-piece assortment, 2,808 yen including tax) *Limited edition packaging
The macarons are a set centered around chocolate flavours to coincide with Valentine's Day. They are presented in a limited edition design box featuring a pop heart design by Laurence Bamberger in vibrant colours.

"Carré Chocolat Noir" 56% Cacao Chocolat Noir (2,700 yen including tax) *Limited edition packaging
This luxurious yet easy-to-eat snack chocolate is a hidden hit, with a simple taste that showcases Pierre Hermé's originality. The Chocolat Noir and Chocolat au Lait from "Carré Chocolat" (2,700 yen including tax) will be available in limited edition packaging.

"Petit Masque Art Premier" (1,404 yen including tax)
These mask-shaped chocolates are modeled after real masks that have been handed down since ancient times and are housed in the Musée du Quai Branly (formerly the National Museum of African and Oceanian Art) in Paris. In keeping with Pierre Hermé's signature style, these mask-shaped chocolates are dynamic pieces that make a statement. In addition to the full-size mask chocolates the size of a human face, the lineup also includes the petite-sized "Petit Masque Art Premier" (1,404 yen including tax), which comes in a red gift box and makes a great gift.

Other products perfect for Valentine's Day gifts include "Cake Ultime" (2,160 yen including tax), a pound cake made with Madagascar vanilla and chocolate, which is only available at the directly managed boutique, and "P'te à Tartiner Pl'nitude" (2,160 yen including tax), a caramel-flavored bitter chocolate spread.
