BEAVER BREAD is a small bakery located in a corner of Higashi-Nihonbashi, Tokyo. In addition to its wide variety of carefully crafted breads, its collaborations with various shops are also extremely popular. To allow customers to enjoy the natural flavor of vegetables, Beaver Bread has collaborated with HOSHIKO, a Kumamoto-based company that develops sugar-free dried vegetables. The collaboration will be available at a pop-up shop at the Isetan Shinjuku store, open for five days only from August 21st to 25th. The popular bakery's bread selection showcases several varieties that make the most of the delicious flavor of vegetables.

This dish combines dried tomatoes, which have concentrated the sweetness and tartness of the tomato, with the creamy, mellow aroma of Échiré Butter, a fermented butter from France. The refreshing aroma of tomatoes and the rich flavor of butter create a luxurious taste that, despite its small size, is incredibly satisfying! Its rich flavor makes it a great snack to pair with a chilled white wine.
