Ne-net presented their Spring/Summer 2013 collection. The theme was "Reborn! Wouldn't it be interesting if 1 + 1 = 3?" The show took place at Shibuya's live music venue, On Air East, and featured a collaboration with drummer YOSHIMIO, a core member of Boredoms. The show was standing room only, including invited guests. "There's no particular meaning to it. I just want the audience to feel free," said designer Issei Takashima. The collection kicked off with a balloon dress made of organza with the texture of a garbage bag. From there, collages of various materials and patterns appeared. The collection featured denim and checkered patchwork pieces, knitwear with checkered shirts sewn onto the front, neck pieces decorated with knitted gloves and socks, sweatshirts and shirts with reversed designs, and envelope motifs with red and blue piping and wax seal prints, creating a lo-fi, garbage-infused collection. The knitted masks used throughout the looks were by artist mafuyu.
