Whiz Limited presented its Spring/Summer 2013 collection. The theme, "OFF CITY," was inspired by designer Hiroaki Shimono's hometown of Shinjuku. Skyscrapers and neon lights at night were the inspiration for the collection. This was Whiz Limited's third show at Tokyo Collection. Tailoring elements were brought to the street. Jumpsuits that combined tailored jackets and pants were featured, as were duffle vests made of suiting material. Blousons were also made with chalk-striped suiting fabric. The tailored jackets featured snap buttons and large cutouts in the back, creating a more casual look. Darker colors like black, navy, and gray were styled with a mix of nylon, wool, and knitwear. Neon polka dots and thin lines were used as accents. A series featuring a collage of nighttime skyline views of buildings was introduced in the latter half of the collection. There was also a wide selection of accessories, including a clutch that could hold a skateboard and a bag with an umbrella, all of which were highly functional.
