A wide variety of matcha sweets are available in early spring. Toraya Cafe and An Stand locations will be introducing limited-time menus that allow you to fully enjoy matcha.
"An Paste [Matcha and White Chocolate]" (864 yen)
"An Paste [Matcha and White Chocolate]" (864 yen), a recommended seasonal gift, is a popular item that combines white bean paste made from rare white azuki beans with matcha and white chocolate. It will be available at An Stand Kita-Aoyama, An Stand Shinjuku, An Stand Ginza, and Toraya Cafe Aoyama from May 13th until early July.



"Matcha and White Bean Cake" (Regular 2,808 yen, Small 486 yen)
The "Matcha and White Bean Cake" (Regular 2,808 yen, Small 486 yen) is a moist cake made with white bean paste made from white azuki beans, combined with fragrant matcha and white chocolate, making it the perfect flavor for spring tea time. It will be on sale from April 19th to early July at An Stand Kita-Aoyama, An Stand Shinjuku, Toraya Cafe Aoyama, and the online shop (regular size only).  It will also be available for eat-in at Toraya Cafe Aoyama (724 yen).  



"An Parfait [Matcha]" (746 yen)
The "An Parfait [Matcha]" (746 yen) will be available exclusively at the An Stand Kita-Aoyama store from May 7th to June 20th. It is a must-try for any anko (bean paste) lover, with two types of bean paste paste, milk kudzu jelly, matcha and white bean paste cake, and more, garnished with a red bean flour tuile. It can also be enjoyed easily in a takeaway cup.


"Anko Paste Smoothie [Banana and Lemon]" (702 yen)
Also, Toraya Cafe Aoyama is currently selling "Anko Paste Smoothie [Banana and Lemon]" (702 yen) as part of its morning menu, available only from 8am to 11am. The refreshing and easy-to-drink taste of a whole banana with lemon complements the sweetness of the anko paste. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking with the anko paste spread at the bottom of the cup. This is available until July 4th.
