"The Last Miracle Pancake of the Heisei Era: Strawberry Tiramisu" (1,400 yen)
The "Last Miracle Pancake of the Heisei Era: Strawberry Tiramisu" (1,400 yen) is a single plate that features "tiramisu," which was popular in the early Heisei era, "miracle pancakes," which were born during the Heisei era, and "tapioca drinks," which are said to have experienced three booms during the Heisei era.
The tiramisu is layered with mascarpone cheese, strawberry sauce with pulp, and fresh strawberries, giving it a finish reminiscent of the trendy color millennial pink. When mixed with soufflé pancakes, the rich, fresh flavor and fluffy texture fills your mouth.
Flipper's also very popular "tapioca drink" uses the limited edition "strawberry milk" flavor, allowing you to enjoy the texture of tapioca and milky flavor.
Each store is limited to selling 31 servings per day, and sales will end once that quantity is reached.
Why not end the last year of the Heisei era with a dish packed with sweets that symbolize the Heisei era?
