A new soft serve ice cream specialty shop, Digrabo Soft Serve Laboratory, will open on March 20th at AKICHI, a new tourist spot in Namba, Osaka that combines sweets and art.

This soft serve ice cream, with its unique visual reminiscent of a flower in full bloom, contains more air than regular soft serve ice cream, resulting in a light and fluffy texture and a delicate, smooth mouthfeel. Made with carefully selected ingredients, it is rich yet has a light aftertaste.  

At the time of opening, three flavors will be available: plain, chocolate, strawberry and a mix, with seasonal flavors also planned to be introduced in the future.
