The Yokohama Grand InterContinental Hotel will be hosting its second Strawberry Afternoon Tea, the dazzling "Sakura Strawberry Afternoon Tea," a collaboration between cherry blossoms and seasonal strawberries that adorn the spring season, from March 1st to April 30th.


The "Sakura Strawberry Afternoon Tea" will be held in Marine Blue, a spacious lounge and bar overlooking the ocean. The menu will include eight spring-themed petit fours, including strawberry cream puffs, strawberry fromage mousse, and tempting strawberry sweets made with plenty of fresh Tochiotome strawberries, as well as cherry blossom-shaped macarons and cherry blossom-scented strawberry shortcake. The lineup also includes savory dishes such as marbled sandwiches with strawberries woven into the bread dough and tomato jelly garnished with shrimp.
