Papabubble, a candy shop from Spain, will be holding a "Cat Festival" from February 4 to March 3, 2019. This event, held in the run-up to Cat Day on February 22, 2019, will feature "Cat Mix Candy" (530 yen including tax), one-of-a-kind artisan-made cat lollipops, and cat food, all Papabubble directly managed stores. Leading up to the event, Papabubble is accepting submissions for the "Cat Mix Candy" design from December 26 to January 6, 2019. After submitting details about the names and characteristics of their beloved cats, five selected cats will appear on the candy design.
