
On December 26th, fruit tart specialty store Quil Fait Bon will release a new tart, "Ehime Prefecture Hime Kanbeni Strawberry Tart," made with the luxurious "Hime Kanbeni Strawberry," known as Ehime's winter treasure.
Hime Kanbeni Strawberry is cultivated using a method called "kanjime," in which it is exposed to cold and slowly ripened to develop a sweet, fruity, and rich flavor. This special seasonal tart features a crispy crust topped with a generous amount of buttercream and a luxurious garnish of Hime Kanbeni strawberries.
It will only be sold at four stores: Grand Maison Ginza, Aoyama, Grand Front Osaka, and Sendai. Enjoy the exquisite harmony of the rich flavor and juicy strawberry flesh and the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth buttercream!
