The popular seasonal parfaits at Emporio Armani Caffé in Omotesando, Tokyo, are being joined in December by the addition of the "Elegant Green Apple Parfait."

The "Seasonal Parfait" has been a huge hit in-store since its introduction in March. The commemorative 10th and final parfait of the year, December's "Elegant Green Apple Parfait," is a parfait featuring green apples, with an elegant appearance that makes you think of flowers being delivered.

Refreshing green apples are soaked in syrup, thinly sliced with the skin on, and each slice is shaped like a rose petal and decorated on top. The apple roses are topped with real petals and gold leaf, creating a gorgeous visual.

Pay attention to the cross-section of the colorful parfait visible from the side of the glass. The differently colored ingredients, such as rosehip jelly, vanilla cream, raspberry, and mascarpone cream, are beautifully layered like a border pattern, making this a parfait that is pleasing to the eye as well.

The careful balance of sweet and sour ingredients, such as vanilla cream and mascarpone cream, are combined with tart ingredients like green apple sorbet, raspberry, and rosehip jelly, ensuring you won't get bored until the very end.

Perfect for the festive end-of-year season, the "Elegant Green Apple Parfait" will be available at Emporio Armani Cafe Aoyama from December 1st to 31st.
