Conrad Tokyo is offering a "Winter Dreams of Pearls Afternoon Tea" inspired by the sparkling pearls of winter, as well as a lunch buffet and sweets buffet inspired by the European mountain resort of St. Moritz, Switzerland, starting November 1st.


The "Winter Dreams of Pearls Afternoon Tea," inspired by the elegant sparkle of winter pearls, will be served at Bar & Lounge TwentyEight on the 28th floor until January 15, 2019. Enjoy five gorgeous sweets, such as pearl fromage blanc mousse and salted caramel macarons, that look like jewels studded before your eyes, as well as three savory dishes, scones, and beverages.

Although located in the heart of the city, the luxurious space offers a panoramic view of water and greenery, allowing you to spend a luxurious time admiring each item that expresses the delicacy and splendor of pearls.

Also located on the 28th floor, All-Day Dining Cerise offers a weekday-only lunch buffet and a weekend-only sweets buffet, themed around a "luxury winter resort," inspired by St. Moritz, Switzerland, a European mountain resort surrounded by beautiful nature and the Alps. The Chef's Favorites "Luxury Winter Resort" lunch buffet offers a main dish reminiscent of an elegant European mountain resort, with six choices including roast turkey with carrot and raisin puree. Guests can also enjoy their favorite appetizers and salads from the buffet, plus a selection of desserts from the concurrently running sweets buffet.

Chef's Favorites and Sweets Buffet at All-Day Dining "Cerise"
The "Luxury Winter Resort Sweets Buffet" sweets buffet offers 10 sweets, including strawberry white shortcake and coffee-flavored white roll cake, as well as five savory dishes.

By incorporating white into almost all of the sweets and savory dishes at the Chef's Favorites appetizers and sweets buffet, the silvery world of St. Moritz in winter, surrounded by the Alps, is created.

All Day Dining Cerise's "Luxury Winter Resort Sweets Buffet" will be held until December 24th, and Chef's Favorites "Luxury Winter Resort" will be held until December 31st.
