The Ginza flagship store and Salon de Cafe will be serving the "Yamagata Prefecture Okada Orchard La France Parfait" (1,980 yen including tax), while the Nihonbashi store, Yokohama Takashimaya store, Yokohama Sogo store, and Lazona Kawasaki store will be serving the "Yamagata Prefecture La France Parfait" (1,728 yen including tax).

Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe "La France Parfait from Okada Orchard, Yamagata Prefecture" (1,980 yen including tax)
The "La France Parfait from Okada Orchard, Yamagata Prefecture" at Salon de Cafe's Ginza Main Store is a parfait made with La France fruits harvested at Okada Orchard in Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture, and its meltingly elegant sweetness fills your mouth. It pairs well with maple ice cream and Earl Grey jelly, and the balance between the richness of the caramel sauce and the light sweetness of the maple sugar is exquisite.
When you pour the praline sauce provided separately over it, it transforms into a more sophisticated parfait.

"Yamagata Prefecture La France Parfait" (1,728 yen including tax) at Nihonbashi Store, Yokohama Takashimaya Store, Yokohama Sogo Store, and Lazona Kawasaki Store
At the four stores - Nihonbashi Store, Yokohama Takashimaya Store, Yokohama Sogo Store, and Lazona Kawasaki Store - you can enjoy a "Yamagata Prefecture La France Parfait" with a different arrangement than at the Ginza flagship store and Salon de Cafe. This dish also uses La France fruits from Yamagata Prefecture.

La France fruits are used not only fresh, but also in red wine compote, sorbet, and sauce, and are combined with milk ice cream to bring out their aroma and melting sweetness. The texture of the chocolate crunch and cinnamon-flavored streusel adds to the delightful finish of this parfait.

This autumn, why not try a parfait made with La France apples that have been ripened in-store to their perfect condition at Shiseido Parlour?
