A new addition has been added to Emporio Armani Caffé's popular "Seasonal Parfait" menu.
The eighth parfait, for October, is the "Chestnut Parfait," made with plenty of chestnuts, a quintessential autumn ingredient. It will be available at Emporio Armani Caffé Aoyama from October 1st to 31st.

Chestnut Parfait (¥1,800 including tax / Café Set ¥2,300 including tax)
The parfait's topping is beautifully adorned with a thin, crispy chestnut meringue and caramelized patafilo. Beneath that is a rich chestnut cream, followed by chestnut gelato and chestnuts simmered in their skins. It's truly a parfait made with chestnuts.

The lower layer features a light, slightly sweet chantilly cake and a crunchy maple sugar and walnut crumble cookie. And on top is a fruity Lambrusco wine sauce. The sauce is simmered with berries to give it a fruity taste, enhancing the flavor of the entire parfait.
