Soufflé pancake specialty store FLIPPER'S will be introducing the "Miracle Pancake Shine Muscat" at all FLIPPER'S stores in Japan from September 11th. The "Miracle Pancake Tapioca Milk Tea" will also be available as a new September menu item from September 3rd.
Miracle Pancake Shine Muscat (1,600 yen)
The "Miracle Pancake Shine Muscat" (1,600 yen) is a luxurious dish that combines about half a bunch of Shine Muscat grapes with Nagano Purple grapes. Served with tart lemon cream and whipped cream, it has a refreshing taste.
The "Miracle Pancake Tapioca Milk Tea" (1,300 yen), available from September 3rd, is a delightful dish of fragrant milk tea cream topped with plenty of tapioca pearls. Drizzling the accompanying brown sugar syrup adds an extra layer of sweetness and richness to the pancakes, making them even more delicious.
