Soufflé pancake specialty store FLIPPER'S has introduced a limited-time menu item, "Miracle Pancake White Peach," using seasonal peaches. It will be available at all Flipper's locations in Japan for a limited time from July 18th to August 31st.

Based on the concept of "the ultimate dish," the restaurant offers "Miracle Pancakes" with a new texture and experience, using carefully selected ingredients and a simple method that makes the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients. Currently operating eight locations both in Japan and overseas, the restaurant is scheduled to open a Nakameguro location on July 25th.

The fluffy pancake is topped with a compote of Akatsuki white peaches, which are known for their high sugar content and fine-grained flesh, and two types of cream: lightly sweet whipped cream and rich peach cream that brings out the natural flavor of peaches. It is also garnished with pale pink peach puree and cool white peach sorbet.
