The Isetan Shinjuku store's 7th floor event hall will host the "ISETAN YUKATA SELECTION 2018 Ladies' Yukata Lab" from July 18th to 30th. In addition to showcasing new women's yukatas for the 2018 season, the event will also feature a wide variety of events, including sales of accessories such as obi sashes, geta sandals, bags, and hair accessories, as well as yukata dressing and workshops. The venue will showcase yukatas categorized into three styles: "Contemporary," "Classic," and "Retro Modern." You'll quickly find the yukata you're looking for. From July 25th to 30th, a collection of accessories to complement your yukata will be on display. The store offers a wide range of items to make coordinating your yukata even more fun, including "Sandaime Itakineya," which makes hair ornaments using sheet metal techniques, "Matilda," which offers hair accessories with flower motifs and shibori (dyed patterns), and the bag brand "Koruri."



On July 18th, 19th, 22nd, and 23rd, there will be a headdress-making workshop led by artist and drag queen Vivienne Sato. Vivienne Sato will choose from a variety of materials, including tulle, and will help you create the perfect headdress.
