Toraya Cafe and An Stand will be introducing a new product, "Lemon and White Bean Cake," which makes a great gift, from July, and will also be releasing a new line of bite-sized "Yokan A La Carte" sweet bean paste.

The "Lemon and White Bean Cake" is baked with white bean paste made from white azuki beans and pureed domestic lemons, including the skin. You can enjoy the moist and soft texture and the soft, fragrant lemon aroma. At the eat-in area of Toraya Cafe Aoyama, it is served with lemon jam and sour cream.
It will be on sale from July 3rd to mid-September at An Stand Kita-Aoyama, An Stand Shinjuku, Toraya Cafe Aoyama, and the online shop (Toraya Cafe Aoyama eat-in area is from July 3rd to September 19th).

Yokan A La Carte [Coffee, Matcha, Tomato] 6 pieces for 897 yen (tax included)
Starting in July, new flavors will be added to Yokan A La Carte, bite-sized yokan whose flavor changes depending on the season. The new products come in three flavors: "Coffee," which combines fragrant and refreshing Hawaiian Kona coffee with bean paste; "Matcha," which has a rich aroma; and "Tomato," which uses Italian tomato paste, characterized by its strong umami flavor and beautiful red color.
They are scheduled to be on sale from July 3rd to early October at An Stand Kita-Aoyama, An Stand Shinjuku, Toraya Cafe Aoyama, and TORAYA TOKYO.
