From May 25th to 27th, minä perhonen will be holding "Rokukyu Craft Street," an event showcasing their perspective on crafts, on Rokukyu Street in Matsumoto, Nagano. During the event, mm will host an exhibition themed on "Beautiful Everyday Items." On the first day, the 25th, there will also be a talk event featuring exhibiting members.

Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, has dubbed this season "May of Crafts," a lively month filled with a variety of works and people. This event, which began with the aim of providing a forum for crafts to be displayed as seen through the eyes of selectors, is now in its sixth year. Galleries will gather on Rokukyu-dori Street, where the minä perhonen Matsumoto store and woodworking designer Ryuji Mitani's 10cm are located.
Participating galleries include "Roundabout/OUTBOUND," "Morioka Shoten," "gallery yamahon," "Saruyama," "Kogei Seika," "10cm," and "minä perhonen+mm."
A relay talk by exhibit members will be held at mm, run by minä perhonen, on the 25th, featuring designers, store owners, and minä perhonen designer Akira Minagawa. The talks will be organized in varying combinations and run between 11:00 and 18:00, with the theme of "everyday beauty items": "items that add beauty to everyday life," "beauty in daily life is born from the simple," and "that beauty inspires behavior and creates people."
The first session will begin at 11:00 and feature Ryuji Mitani, owner of 10cm, Kazuto Kobayashi, owner of Roundabout & OUTBOUND, and metal engraving artist Yuichi Takemata. The second will begin at 12:30 and feature Kazuto Kobayashi, Akiko Konishi, and Noriyuki Morioka, owner of Morioka Bookstore. The third will begin at 14:00 and feature Noriyuki Morioka, editor Kosuke Ide, and designer and head of Saruyama, Osamu Saruyama. The fourth will begin at 15:00 and feature Osamu Saruyama, architect Tadaomi Yamamoto, head of Gallery Yamahon, and Akira Minagawa. The fifth will begin at 17:00 and feature Tadaomi Yamamoto, Ryuji Mitani, Kosuke Ide, and Akira Minagawa. The interviewer will be Yasuharu Kanno, editor-in-chief of Kogei Seika.
