Toraya Cafe An Stand Kita-Aoyama is introducing a recommended early summer menu featuring parfaits and soups made with plenty of seasonal vegetables, all served in takeout cups.

"An Parfait [Matcha]" (¥746 including tax)

The "An Parfait [Matcha]" (¥746 including tax), a parfait featuring bean paste and milk kudzu jelly, is a balanced combination of matcha and white bean paste cakes and a variety of other ingredients, garnished with azuki bean flour tuile. You can also enjoy the crunchy texture of the "streusel" cookies, made with smooth red bean paste. Available at the store from May 7th to June 18th.

"Seasonal Soup (Vegetable Borsch Soup) and Bun" (972 yen including tax) *Vegetable Bun Set

A vegetable-packed soup and bun set, "Seasonal Soup (Vegetable Borsch Soup) and Bun," is also available. The soup is a borsch-style tomato soup filled with three types of herbs, bacon, and shredded vegetables like cabbage and beets. You can choose between an anban or a veggie bun, which is a bun with chickpea paste and arugula sandwiched between two pieces. Available until July 2nd.
