Emporio Armani Cafe Aoyama's wildly popular "Seasonal Parfait" menu item is available. In March, the "Rose, Strawberry, and Pistachio Mille-feuille Parfait" will be available, featuring sweet and tart strawberries, heralding the arrival of spring, and the elegant scent of roses. Beneath a generous layer of fresh strawberries, the parfait is layered with rich strawberry sorbet and caramelized pie, and topped with a generous dollop of pistachio cream. Among the sliced strawberries adorning the side of the glass, there are also some raspberries, which go well with pistachios, creating a refreshing contrast of flavors.


The bottom is layered with raspberry chantilly, soft rose-scented lemon jelly, and marinated strawberries tossed in sugar and lemon juice, allowing you to fully enjoy the aroma of strawberries and roses until the very end.
