Bvlgari Il Café on the 5th floor of the Hankyu Umeda Main Store has introduced six new Italian sweets under the title "Pasticceria Italiana (Italian Sweets)." These will be available for a limited time, seasonal menu.


The first wave of sweets, available from April 23rd to the end of July, includes the "Vanilla and Raspberry Tart" and "Coffee Beignets."


The "Vanilla and Raspberry Tart" is a tart with an exquisite balance of tart raspberry and sweet vanilla. The almond tart base is tart with a hint of lemon peel and is topped with a smooth vanilla-flavored cream. This is topped with a generous layer of fresh raspberries for a tart accent.


The "Coffee Beignets" are a must-try for coffee and chocolate lovers, featuring a crispy pastry filled with fragrant coffee cream, a coffee sable underneath, and a bitter chocolate crust.

The second wave of "Yogurt Mousse and Mixed Berries" and "Chocolate and Orange Cake" will be available from August to the end of October, and the third wave of "Strawberry Meringue" and "Chocolate Tart" will be available from November to the end of January 2019.

In addition, the new parfait-style dessert, "La Dolce Vita Strawberry and Matcha," which has been a huge hit since its launch last summer, is available for a limited time until June 15th. This dish features a rich caramel sauce topped with sautéed strawberries, matcha biscuits, and fresh strawberries, topped with a generous amount of matcha espuma for a delightfully airy texture.
