The highly popular "Seasonal Parfait" at Emporio Armani Cafe Omotesando and Emporio Armani Cafe Shinsaibashi Parco features monthly changing ingredients. The star fruit for September is Kyoho grapes. Known as the "King of Grapes" for their large size and intense sweetness, Kyoho grapes are in season from August to October. September's "Seasonal Parfait" features a generous amount of large, ripe Kyoho grapes, a dark purple color that's a sign of perfect ripeness. The striking color contrast between the vibrant red of the cassis chips and the black of the charcoal tuile is what catches your eye first. The dramatic coloring, reminiscent of haute couture, fully showcases the originality of Emporio Armani Cafe. The toppings include rich vanilla gelato mixed with whiskey-soaked raisins and refreshing cassis sorbet.

Below that is a crumble accented with Feuillantine chocolate and salt. Both have a crunchy texture, making for a satisfying portion. Below that is cream with a subtle whiskey scent, fresh Kyoho grapes, and whiskey-soaked raisins. The deep, mellow aroma of whiskey is a perfect match for the slightly cooler early autumn air.

As you continue eating, you'll come across a sour cream chantilly cake with honey added to add depth to the flavor. At the bottom is a cranberry jelly with lemongrass and raspberry vinegar added for a sharp taste. The creative "Kyoho Grape and Cassis Parfait," which evokes an autumn atmosphere in both appearance and taste, can be enjoyed at Emporio Armani Café Omotesando and Emporio Armani Café Shinsaibashi PARCO from September 1st to 30th.
