J.S. PANCAKE CAFE, a pancake shop recommended by JOURNAL STANDARD, will be holding a limited-time spring fair called "Strawberry Feels Forever" featuring seasonal strawberries from February 19th to May 20th.
"Strawberry White Chocolate Pancakes" (1,430 yen)
This time, they'll be offering a total of four strawberry-infused sweets, including pancakes, crepes, and parfaits. The "Strawberry White Chocolate Pancakes" (1,430 yen) are an elegant, cake-like dish that combines rich white chocolate with the tartness of strawberries. The four layers of pancakes are filled with a generous amount of white chocolate-flavored custard cream, topped with crunchy strawberry crunch and juicy strawberries.
"More Strawberry White Chocolate Pancakes" (1,730 yen)
"More Strawberry White Chocolate Pancakes" (1,730 yen) are a 300% increase in strawberries on top of the "Strawberry White Chocolate Pancakes" for an additional 300 yen. During this period, a special campaign will be held on the 1st, 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month, offering a 300% increase in strawberries on the same menu for free.
"Red Velvet Pancakes" (1,380 yen)
"Red Velvet Pancakes" (1,380 yen) feature a cocoa-flavored red batter topped with cream cheese buttercream, raspberry gelato, and three types of berries: strawberries, raspberries, and red currants. The rich cream complements the tartness of the berries, making this a perfect spring dish.
"Amaou Crepe" (1,080 yen)

In addition, on February 13th and 15th, there will be an advance tasting event (1,400 yen) where you can enjoy the "More Strawberry White Chocolate Pancakes" before anyone else, and on March 13th and 14th (19th and 20th at Lumine Tachikawa store only), there will be a buffet (2,300 yen) where you can enjoy strawberries to your heart's content.
