Kihachi Cafe introduces new spring menus and drinks! Casual courses themed around "food from around the world"

Event Date:2018.03.01-05.31
Feb 5, 2018
New spring menu items and drinks are now available at Kihachi Cafe. They will be available from March 1st to May 31st at the Hibiya Chanter store and the Atre Urawa store, which will open on March 16th.

"World Foods Casual Course" (2,400 yen including tax)
The "World Foods Casual Course" (2,400 yen including tax), which features chefs' arrangements of rice dishes from around the world, will also be available at the same time.

The appetizer is a refreshing "Homemade ham salad with pork fillet, aioli and leek pesto sauce," made with tender homemade ham that has been marinated for a day and then slow-cooked, combined with turnips, red radish, mustard greens, avocado, and tomatoes. The main course is "Moist low-temperature cooked salmon confit with lemongrass-flavored soup rice," which has a risotto-like feel and is topped with spring beans such as broad beans and snap peas, and the dessert is a choice of the day, all served as a course meal. Even in a casual cafe space, you can fully enjoy high-quality flavors.

Please note that quantities are limited and are only available at lunch and dinner.

"Specialty Egg Souffle Omelette Rice" (1,250 yen including tax)
New menu items include "Specialty Egg Souffle Omelette Rice" (1,250 yen including tax), which is chicken and vegetables stewed in demi-glace sauce and combined with butter rice and cheese; "Shrimp and Colorful Vegetable Pilaf" (1,400 yen including tax), which is plump shrimp, zucchini, red and yellow peppers lightly stir-fried with butter rice; and "Vongole Cream Spaghetti" (1,400 yen including tax), which is clams, mussels, and Japanese littleneck clams. The menu includes "Spring Vegetable Portuguese Saffron Pho" (1,350 yen including tax), which uses plenty of vegetables such as broad beans, snap peas, green peas, and red radish, and "Smoked Chicken and Avocado with Spring Onion Genovese Spaghetti" (1,350 yen including tax), which is popular among women and uses smoked chicken, avocado, tomato, and arugula.

"Strawberry Parfait" (1,800 yen including tax)
Sweets include the "Strawberry Parfait" (1,800 yen including tax), which is made with strawberry soup, mascarpone cream, red bean paste, and layered gyuhi rice cakes topped with seasonal strawberries, and the "Matcha and Brown Sugar Syrup Tiramisu" (750 yen including tax), which combines mascarpone cream and brown sugar syrup and is accented by the bitter taste of the matcha topping.

A new addition is "Smoothie Red" (750 yen including tax), a colorful smoothie made with fruits and vegetables, combining strawberries, blueberries, tomatoes, and black tea. "Smoothie Yellow" (750 yen including tax) has been revamped to have a tropical flavor reminiscent of a tropical resort, combining yellow peppers, mango, and pineapple.
