Panya ASHIYA TOKYO, a bread specialty store based in Ashiya, Hyogo, just opened in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo on November 18, 2017. Located on Komazawa Park Street, the shop carefully bakes its bread daily with the concept of "soft and delicious all the way to the crust." 
The ingredients are a blend of wheat flour carefully selected for this bread. What's more, it is made completely additive-free. The flavor and taste are maximized by long-term aging at low temperature, resulting in a taste that is slightly sweet, chewy, and has a rich buttery taste. 
They come in two varieties: "Select" (¥650 per loaf), which is soft all the way to the crust and lightly toasted to enhance its sweetness, and "Premium" (¥750 per loaf), which has a gentle sweetness and buttery aroma that fills your mouth. You can only buy one loaf, and when I asked if they could slice it, the staff member replied, "When it's freshly baked, the inside is so fluffy it's hard to cut." And sure enough, I tore a piece off and enjoyed it, and it was surprisingly fluffy, like a sponge, even down to the crust. The day after I bought it, I sliced it thick and made some toast. It was delicious with a little butter and honey. You can also slice it individually, wrap it individually, and freeze it for longer. Enjoy it however you like.
