The fair will feature four new parfaits, each presented with carefully selected fruits delivered directly from the farms and perfect for this season, including a "Furano Melon Parfait from Furano City, Hokkaido" and a "Special Keitt Mango Parfait from Okinawa Prefecture." This parfait uses figs grown in Wakayama's warm climate and fertile soil. The figs, known for their crunchy texture and gentle sweetness, are topped off with sorbet, sauce, and a compote stewed in red wine. Enjoy the refined taste for adults.



◆"Okinawa Prefecture "Keitt Mango" Special Parfait" 3,000 yen (tax included) *Available from mid-August
This parfait uses "Keitt mangoes," which are carefully grown in the sun in Okinawa's warm climate. As it is difficult to determine when they are fully ripe even by their color and luster, there are few farmers who produce them, and they are known as the elusive mango.
