BOSS has launched a special capsule collection celebrating the attitude, vision, and mindset of singer-songwriter and performer Freddie Mercury. The shared values of the brand and the artist embody a desire to defy convention, live life on your own terms, and be your own BOSS. 

This is the second installment in the BOSS Legend series, inspired by legendary figures past and present, following the launch of the Muhammad Ali collection. A portion of the proceeds from each collection will be donated to a charity close to the respective icon's heart.
Now, BOSS is launching a limited edition collection dedicated to Freddie Mercury: an extraordinary musician, innovative performer, and influential icon. This capsule collection includes essential items printed with black-and-white photographs of Freddie Mercury's greatest performances. Each item features his signature or a special motif combining the BOSS logo and his signature. A standout feature in the collection is a T-shirt printed with Freddie's words, "I'm not going to be a star. I'm going to be a legend!", perfectly capturing the spirit of the BOSS Legend Series.

Freddie's brilliant talent and timeless personality, along with Queen's undeniable sound and style, continue to inspire generations of fans and musicians to this day, ensuring his and the band's artistry remains at the forefront. The 2018 biographical feature film, Bohemian Rhapsody, reinvigorated Freddie and the band's core fanbase and created an entirely new audience. The film became the biggest music biopic of all time, sweeping the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards, and the soundtrack topped charts worldwide.
This special design, available in black, white, and bright yellow—inspired by the jacket Freddie wore on Queen's final tour in 1986—reflects a fashion moment that epitomizes Freddie's bold style and disruptive talent.

This collaboration was made possible by Bravado, the brand management division of Universal Music Group, in partnership with Mercury Songs Ltd. A portion of the sales from the Freddie Mercury Capsule Collection will be donated to the Mercury Phoenix Trust.
