Pacific BAKERY, the bake and bakery shop of Pacific DRIVE-IN, a drive-in in Shichirigahama, Kamakura, opened on October 14th in front of the Seiyu Shichirigahama store, a 10-minute walk from Shichirigahama Station.
In addition to the original bakery, the local bakery also includes a shop-in-shop for NAKAMURA GENERAL STORE, run by Jun Nakamura, who was in charge of scones and other pastries at Diamond Head Market & Grill in Hawaii.
There will be 15 to 20 types of bread available, including the same bread used at Pacific Drive-In, as well as hard and soft breads, so you can eat it every day. Menu items linked to Pacific Drive-In will also be available, such as the "Buttermilk Bread" (420 yen), made with buttermilk used to make pancakes, and the "Mochiko Dog" (320 yen), a hot dog with mochiko chicken inside.

Recipes by Jun Nakamura include "Scones" (330 yen), "Cornbread" (250 yen), "Muffins" (250 yen), "Seasonal Pies" (450 yen), and "Cookies" (220 yen). Additionally, Pacific Bakery will be selling a limited-edition "Malasada" (160 yen), a reproduction of a recipe Jun Nakamura grew up familiar with in Hawaii. You can also enjoy the local flavors of Hawaii.
