La Boutique de Joël Robuchon, a patisserie and boulangerie selling sweets and breads at three locations in Tokyo, will release Easter eggs (2,800 yen) on April 1st.
There are three types of Easter eggs available this time. Each egg-shaped white chocolate is colored green, red, or yellow. Inside, the eggs are filled with smooth caramel in three flavors: matcha, raspberry, and mango.
The base is made of white chocolate with a crunchy pistachio and almond confectionery. The decorative flowers are also made of sugar, allowing you to enjoy every flavor. Only 40 of each color will be available, and reservations will begin on March 15th.
This year's Easter falls on Sunday, April 5th. Celebrate the resurrection of Christ in a sweet way with Robuchon's original caramel and chocolate.
