The InterContinental Hotel Osaka will be collaborating with the "The World of Tim Burton" exhibition currently being held in Osaka Prefecture. The event will run from February 27th to April 19th.

Patisserie "STRESSED" will offer the "Chocolate and Berry Coffee Roll" (680 yen). This cake is inspired by Burton's masterpiece "Blue Girl and Wine." The chocolate dough is infused with sweet and sour raspberry puree. Rolled with coffee-flavored whipped cream, it evokes a bittersweet, sweet and sour world of enchantment.

Meanwhile, bar "adee" will be serving two cocktails. The "Tim Burton Guru Guru" (1,800 yen) is inspired by Burton's iconic logos that appear in "Blue Girl and Wine" and "Endangered." This frozen cocktail uses apple brandy and can be enjoyed like a dessert by mixing in chocolate sauce. "Balloon Boy" evokes the image of the film of the same name with a refreshing citrus sweetness and lemon squash-like flavor.
