Tamagawa Takashimaya Shopping Center is nearing the end of its large-scale renovation this spring. All new stores and renovated existing stores are scheduled to open by April 21st.

As part of this renovation, women's shops have been gathered on the first basement floor of the South Building. One of these, Mila Owen, combines chic fashion with a sporty, relaxed touch, offering a complete range of cutting-edge basic styles. As a commemorative gift for the opening, an original shopping bag is being offered with purchases of 16,000 yen or more.

Meanwhile, alongside Gelato Pique, which has relocated from the second floor of the South Building, the brand's new cafe concept, Gelato Pique Cafe Bio Concept, has also opened. The store will offer food and drinks made with organic vegetables and other ingredients, such as the "Natural Beef Classic Burger" (1,200 yen) and the "Echire Village Butter Crepe" (810 yen). At the grand opening, customers will receive a free drink with the purchase of an original tumbler.

In addition to this, apparel retailer "snidel" will also be added, bringing the total to four stores. The store will offer sophisticated clothing and food for discerning women.

Meanwhile, two new shops will also be opening. "tukuriba," based on the concept of "DIY that even first-time women can get started with," is scheduled to open on March 6th. The store aims to rent workspaces and tools for DIY, and will also have a selection of materials for sale aimed at women.

Furthermore, "ellesse Tennis Club with WINDSOR racket shop," opening on April 21st, will offer a wide variety of tennis items. The store will offer apparel from tennis brand Ellesse and rackets and shoes selected by the long-established tennis specialty store Windsor. Many limited-edition items will also be available, and stringing services will also be offered. Other new apparel stores, including Moncler, allureville, IENA, The General Store, and FRAY I.D, are scheduled to open sequentially. FRAY I.D will be selling a shirt combination dress exclusively at Tamagawa. Bearhug, a sports trainer chiropractic center that adjusts the balance of the entire body, focusing on the pelvis and core, is also scheduled to open. From April 1st to 27th, a 50-minute chiropractic course will be offered for a limited time only: ¥4,500.

In addition, various shops within the building are scheduled to undergo renovations, with shoe specialty store CAMPER and gardening supplies store Protreif among others planning to revamp and expand their services.
