
GONTRAN CHERRIER, produced by Gontran Cherrier and operated by Baycruise, will release Christmas cakes in late December 2015.
This year, two types of Buche de Noël will be available: Buche Chocolat Blanc and Buche Profiterole. Buche Chocolat Blanc has a moist base of chocolate viscuit, layered with matcha brulee, raspberry jelly, and vanilla chocolate mousse, allowing you to enjoy its texture and aroma. Buche Profiterole has a base of dough rolled up with rich ganache and cocoa cookies, with a strong chocolate center enveloped in soft vanilla cream and the whole cake coated in a fragrant hazelnut glaze, making it a delicious cake.
Reservations are now being accepted for the Buche de Noël, which is also designed with an emphasis on appearance. The vouchers can be redeemed in-store for three days from December 23rd to 25th.
