ESqUISSE, a French restaurant in Tokyo's Ginza district run by chef executive Lionel Beca, which continued to receive two stars in the 2016 Michelin Guide Tokyo, is offering a takeout Christmas menu for "Enjoy Christmas at Home," featuring an appetizer, fish dish, meat dish, and Christmas cake. Reservations are accepted until December 15th. The "ESqUISSE Takeout Christmas Dinner" (15,000 yen per person, tax included), limited to 100 units, includes an appetizer of foie gras terrine with blueberries, prunes, pecans, caramelized salted butter, and brioche; a fish dish of lobster civet, small forest berries, pumpkin and endive, and Coronata lardo; and a meat dish of beef cheek fondant with black truffles and glacéd vegetables. In addition, the cake will include "Esquisse Opera Gourmand," a Christmas cake made with plenty of espresso coffee and carefully selected chocolate.

Sales are by reservation only. Pick-up is available in-store from the 22nd to the 25th.
