Photographer Taiji Yamazaki's "SIGHT" exhibition is currently being held at Gallery 916 small in Tokyo's Minato Ward. The exhibition showcases his "SIGHT" series, which captures the tranquil beauty of nature and the fresh air. Yamazaki says there were days when he spent the entire day walking in nature without even pressing the shutter. This exhibition features six large-format prints of his photographs, capturing moments when the flow of nature and Yamazaki's own actions were in harmony. After studying under photographer Yoshihiko Ueda in 2004, Taiji Yamazaki went independent in 2008. In 2009, his work was selected for the "Editors' Choice: The Most Promising Young Photographers Exhibition" held at Ricoh Imaging Square Ginza. He was also featured in the "New Comers: Four Photographers in the Spotlight" in Commercial Photo magazine and the "Photographer I Want to Work With Now" in PHaT PHOTO magazine.

Yamazaki commented on the works on display in this exhibition, "I stepped into nature. There was a scenery so quiet, strong, and beautiful that my presence had no effect whatsoever. Light, wind, sound, and everything else involved were in harmony, never stopping, always flowing. I found that beautiful in itself, and took photographs of nature." The exhibition runs until December 27th.
