LAD MUSICIAN, celebrating its 20th anniversary, will host a photo exhibition by artist Hanayo titled "MUSIC" HANAYO × LAD MUSICIAN from December 17th to January 17th, 2016, in the main space on the first floor of AL in Ebisu, Tokyo. LAD MUSICIAN, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, is a brand that has dominated the times by expressing the invisible inspiration it gains from sound through clothing, embracing not only fashion but also many cultures. The brand creates its items with a free-spirited approach that is not bound by a single theme. The exhibition will feature photographs taken by photographer Hanayo of LAD MUSICIAN's collections and behind-the-scenes scenes, taken from her unique and sensitive perspective. The photo book "MUSIC" will also be available for purchase at the venue. Hanayo is an artist with many talents, including photographer, geisha, musician, and model. Based in Tokyo and Berlin, she creates photographs and collages that capture her daily life in dreamy colors, as well as installations that combine these with music and three-dimensional expression. She has held numerous solo exhibitions both in Japan and abroad, and has released photo books such as "Hanayome," "MAGMA," and "Berlin -hanayos saugeile kumpels."
