Yebisu Garden Place is hosting an illumination event featuring approximately 100,000 lights until January 11, 2016. The film "Sagrada Familia: Creation and Mystery," also premieres at the Ebisu Garden Cinema on the premises from December 12. The Baccarat chandelier has been lit at Yebisu Garden Place since 1999. This year, a collaboration with interior designer Yasumichi Morita will see the installation of Baccarat's largest chandelier, measuring 8.4 meters in height and 4.6 meters in width, with a total of 26,471 crystal pieces and 410 lights. Additionally, the Christmas market "Marche de Noel," running until December 25, will feature a 10-meter-tall Christmas tree. "Sagrada Familia: Creation and Mystery," opening on December 12, is a documentary film that delves into the mysteries of the Sagrada Familia, a massive structure visited by 3 million people annually. This architectural project, which has still not been completed 133 years after construction began in 1882, will be revealed through footage of the interior, which is only accessible to staff, and interviews with people involved in the construction.
