
Andaz Tokyo will be offering a special plan perfect for New Year's Eve on December 31st. The main dining area, Andaz Tavan on the 51st floor, will be offering a one-day-only special dinner, the "New Year's Eve Gala Dinner." The first part, starting at 5:30 PM, will feature two options: a four-course menu (16,000 yen) featuring dishes such as "Poached Flounder with Clam and Spinach Sauce, Young Chicken Egg Yolk, Parmesan Cheese, and Garlic" and "Domestic Beef Tenderloin with Lobster Claw and Veal Ragout, Green Pepper, and Turnip." The second option is a five-course menu (18,000 yen) that adds "Quail and Foie Gras Wrapped in Crêpinette with Hazelnut, Beetroot, Saffron, and Truffle Fond" to the four-course menu.
The second part, starting at 8:30 pm, will offer a plan (32,000 yen) that includes a five-course menu with wine pairings and free-flowing champagne. In a glamorous restaurant with live music playing, you can welcome in the new year with a countdown.
The rooftop bar on the 52nd floor will host the "Sushi & Champagne Gala Lounge," where the bar counter will be transformed into a sushi counter for one day only. Guests can enjoy sushi and dishes carefully prepared by sushi chefs along with rare Ruinart premium champagne such as "R" de Ruinart Champagne Cocktail" and "Ruinart Rosé." Seating will be divided into two parts, starting at 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
