On June 17th, Y's will release a backpack collaboration with Paris-based high-end accessory brand Côte & Ciel.
This collaboration features two designs based on Côte & Ciel's iconic "Moselle" and "Small Isar" backpacks. These backpacks are designed to be practical and ergonomic, accommodating the human body, allowing for easy access to laptops and other office essentials, while providing ample space and comfort. While retaining Côte & Ciel's core values, the collection offers items with a more detailed, fashion-forward design.
The "Small Isar Echo" (48,000 yen), based on the futuristic-designed "Small Isar," is a unisex item perfect for both women and men looking for a compact, functional backpack. The waterproof tape attached to the zipper is crafted from black leather. The "Moselle Echo" (44,000 yen), based on the "Moselle" bag, characterized by its round, raindrop-shaped design, also features black leather covering the nylon zipper tape. The inner pocket, which is usually located on the inside, has been moved to the outside, allowing for easy access to small items. The shoulder straps feature cushioned straps instead of the usual tape to reduce fatigue when carrying the bag. Both models are made primarily from "Ecoyarn," a durable material developed through an environmentally friendly process. While functional, the matte texture gives the bag a chic look. The padded interior laptop compartment has been simplified to soften its visual impact while still retaining its functionality, resulting in an ergonomic and functional design.
