"The World of Antique Buttons," an exhibition by Kiyomi Kato, who holds exhibitions and workshops on antique goods and handicrafts, including buttons, will be held from June 17th to July 15th in the gallery on the 4th floor of the Kobe Fashion Museum.

Buttons are small works of art that embody the culture and techniques of the times. This exhibition will showcase the exquisite handiwork of various materials, including glass, shell, celluloid, Bakelite, metal, wood, and plastic, from Kiyomi Kato's collection of Western buttons from the 19th to mid-20th centuries.
