From July 14th to 24th, PASS THE BATON GALLERY in Omotesando Hills will be hosting "Half-Father Products" by hum, a jewelry brand committed to balancing quality and design.
It is said that it takes three to five years to master stone setting and Japanese engraving, and more than ten years to master all the skills, and hum's artisans undergo extensive training before they can create products for sale in stores. This time, the brand will exhibit and sell "Half-Father Products," a collection of items created during the training process, including a loosely engraved copper plate and a silver ring so meticulously engraved it could be mistaken for a real product.
In addition, workshops will be held on July 16th, 17th, 18th, 23rd, and 24th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, allowing visitors to experience hum's craftsmanship. Participants will create rings using recycled silver together with the artisans. The prices are 10,000 yen for an S-size ring and 15,000 yen for an M-size ring. There are 10 sessions, each with a capacity of 4 people. Reservations will open from 11am on June 16th.
