On July 29th, PETIT BATEAU will release a capsule collection that adds a playful twist to its iconic marinière stripes. The collection features unique designs inspired by unique ideas, such as blurring the stripes, erasing them in places to create trompe l'oeil motifs, the mischievous eyes of Petit Bateau's mascot, Marinette, peeking out from the blue stripes, a heart-shaped pocket for storing dreams, and the brand name written 100 times in blue ink and then painted over with a thick brush. The collection also features a variety of neckline patterns, including round necks, boat necks, and US sleeves. Two baby body styles are available (12 months: ¥4,500, 18-24 months: ¥4,800), while four long-sleeved tops are available for kids (3-5 years: ¥5,000, 6-12 years: ¥5,300). For adults, the collection includes sleeveless cut-and-sew tops (3,800 yen), French sleeve cut-and-sew tops (5,500 yen), three-quarter sleeve cut-and-sew tops (7,000 yen), and two types of long sleeve cut-and-sew tops (7,000 yen).
