"Lucua 1100," which brings together 8 Isetan products, will open on April 2nd

JR West Isetan (hereafter, JR West Isetan) and JR West SC Development Co., Ltd. will open the new LUCUA 1100 commercial facility at JR Osaka Station on April 2nd. The facility will house 150 specialty shops, including a new concept store called "isetan," which takes full advantage of the strengths of the Isetan Shinjuku store. LUCUA 1100 spans two basement floors to ten aboveground floors, covering approximately 33,000 square meters of floor space and featuring 150 specialty shops and eight "isetan" stores. Targeting fashion-conscious men and women in their 30s and 40s, the merchandising concept is "gap, contrast, marriage." This refers to the combination of different genres, blending the gaps and contrasts between various products and shops to create new value propositions. LUCUA Osaka aims to achieve sales of 77 billion yen and attract 70 million customers in its first year.

In opening the "isetan" store, JR West Isetan will shift from its previous "flagship strategy" to a "strategy of focusing on strengths and honing superiority," clarifying the product areas in which the Mitsukoshi Isetan Group excels as "deployment units" and assembling the product lineup mainly using the resources of the Isetan Shinjuku main store. In addition, the "isetan" logo will use the Isetan logo in "lowercase" to reinforce the image of a more select store compared to existing stores (full-content department stores).

"isetan Urban Market" will be located on the second floor, which will serve as the entrance floor of Lucua 1100. Targeting women who enjoy seasonal fashion, it will consist of a zone offering trendy and highly sensitive fashion accessories, and a zone featuring a wide variety of miscellaneous goods that are always full of new discoveries. Also on the same floor is "isetan Cosmetics," which introduces body, skincare, and makeup items across multiple brands under the concept of "My Changing Story."

The fourth floor houses "isetan Closet," a floor offering unisex fashion and lifestyle products. Linked to the second and third floors of Isetan Shinjuku, this shop showcases the strengths of each store to the fullest, and is comprised of two zones: Urban Closet and Creator's Closet. The Stage will feature projects linked to events at Isetan Shinjuku.

The first floor will feature "isetan Seasonal Selection," a shop offering a selection of fun and interesting miscellaneous items, inspired by the image of a market filled with bright, cheerful, and cute adult styles. The basement floor will house Isetan Shoes & Bags and Isetan Accessories, the eighth floor will house Isetan Men's Style, and the second basement floor will house Isetan Food Hall.
