West Elm, a global brand known for its clean, modern designs featuring furniture, living accessories, linens, and kitchen goods, as well as collections featuring natural materials and handcrafts, has launched a collection of handcrafted items in collaboration with fashion designer Steven Alan, called "Steven Alan for West Elm."
West Elm introduced Steven Alan to Nicaraguan potters, Indian hand weavers, and Haitian papier-mâché artisans. The collection combines the cultural traditions of these countries with Alan's comfortable, stylish designs.
In addition to bed linens (approximately ¥3,500 to ¥22,500), vases (¥2,800 to ¥7,000), rugs (¥8,200 to ¥100,000), and cushion covers (¥4,600 to ¥5,200), the collection also includes furniture. It can be purchased at West Elm stores and on the official website.
To celebrate the release of the collection, West Elm and Steven Alan are running a campaign on Instagram. Share a photo of your favorite stripes using the hashtag "#shareyourstripes" and you'll be entered into a draw to win a $500 gift certificate.
