Amuse Atsugi (2-12-15 Nakamachi, Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture), a complex in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, has finalized all 20 tenants for its commercial zone and will hold its grand opening on April 26th.
The commercial zone, from the first basement floor to the fourth floor, will feature stores opening for the first time in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in line with Atsugi City's business policy of "creating a new symbol of the city where people of all generations gather." MI Plaza, a new type of edited shop by the Mitsukoshi Isetan Group, targets local residents who are particular about everyday life and are looking for new lifestyle suggestions, and will always create and propose high-quality, new lifestyles. Other new tenants include the lifestyle goods store NAVY STORE and the interior design shop OKAY.
Floors five to eight will be the Atsugi Citizens' Exchange Plaza, a public facility featuring activity spaces for culture, art, lifelong learning, and more, as well as a childcare support center. A two-screen mini-theater will be built on the ninth floor.
Amuse Atsugi was established when Atsugi City acquired the former "Atsugi Parco" (Atsugi Park Building), and in July of last year Tokyu Real Estate SC Management was commissioned to provide support services such as attracting tenants. After the grand opening, Tokyu Real Estate SC Management will operate the commercial zone under a master lease from Atsugi City.
